The SJSU Chapter was originally installed in 1948. Due to the downturn within the Greek system, the chapter closed in 1968. Twenty years later the Delta Sigma Chapter was reestablished in 1987. For the past 20 years the AOΠ chapter has been a vibrant and contributing member of the SJSU neighborhood and surrounding community. |

Capital Campaign Fundraiser We Need Your Help! The Delta Sigma Corporation has begun a capital campaign to help raise money for the new Chapter House. We have raised $18,000 so far! Silent Auction Fundraiser The Delta Sigma Chapter just hosted their 2nd annual Silent Auction at the beautiful Delta Sigma House on April 19 from 11:00am - 2:00pm. The Delta Sigma Corporation Board is looking for more alumnae who would like to invest in the AOII house on 8th Street in downtown San Jose. The Corporation has secured a loan for much of the house mortgage, and is now in the process of paying back those alumnae that loaned money over the past two years. Many are continuing on as investors, but a few need to be paid back by this coming April. The Corporation is looking for loans that would be secured to the deed of trust, would be paid 7% simple interest each year and be paid back in August 2013. If you would like to assist Delta Sigma with an investment in the AOII house, please contact Tracie Bills. |
